IT Manager Infrastructure/Applications (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Conception and implementation of IT solutions including acceptance in the defined core area
• Focus: Introduction and standardized use of Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Creation of concepts for standardized tool use (Jira/Confluence)
• Ensuring the functionality of the tools and systems used
• Interface function between specialist committees, key users, and central IT
• Needs assessment and consulting of specialist departments and projects including requirements engineering
• Creation of use cases and decision templates
• Conception of individual solutions for specific requirements
• Development of usage concepts and automations
• Market analysis and observation of new trends in the tool/application environment
• Evaluation of new functions and extensions with regard to user added value and requirements
• Identification and evaluation of new tool functionalities for process improvement

Your qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Informatik or comparable training with professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in a consulting, application, or IT management environment
• Experience in collaborating with specialist departments and external service providers
• Good knowledge of infrastructure or application topics through additional qualifications/further training
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form
• Strong analytical thinking skills and very good problem-solving abilities
• Structured, independent, and result-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, presentation skills, and a confident appearance
• Teamwork skills, customer orientation, and high personal responsibility
• Flexibility, commitment, and willingness to travel
