Expert Process Technology Electronic Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Commissioning, parameterization, and validation of automation technologies as part of the industrialization of global plants (focus on SMT: Reflow soldering, AOI, PCB assembly, etc.)
  • Development and implementation of application technology standards in the plants
  • Series support for existing production processes to ensure stable and efficient production
  • Management and coordination of know-how building projects for new technologies
  • Creation and implementation of training concepts and training (internal and external, international)
  • Contact person for internal and external stakeholders in the specialist area, including participation in working groups
  • Creation and presentation of technical documentation and publications
  • Development, optimization, and standardization of processes, equipment, and methods
  • Observation and evaluation of technological trends as well as derivation of improvement measures and concepts
  • Consulting on planning, selection, and procurement of equipment
  • Parameterization of processes and creation of technical data sheets
  • Definition and verification of process windows according to design specifications
  • Creation of work instructions for production
  • Implementation of training on complex technologies
  • Identification and elimination of weaknesses along the process chain including participation in FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA)
  • Coordination and supervision of commissioning of complex systems including control adjustments and test runs
  • Analysis and rectification of malfunctions as well as development of solution approaches
  • Customer and project communication as well as representation of the specialist department in external appointments
  • Coordination of goal achievement in vehicle or production projects

Your qualifications:

  • Completed university degree or comparable training
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in the field of automation, production, or industrialization
  • Experience in dealing with various automation solutions and production systems
  • Very good English skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business
  • Experience in the commissioning and optimization of production and automation systems
  • Knowledge of production processes and industrial manufacturing technologies
  • Ability to train and transfer knowledge of complex technical content
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
  • High communication skills and teamwork skills
  • Independent working style as well as high sense of responsibility
