Electrical Designer (m/f/d) (Engineer - Electrical Engineering)

For the Poing location, we are looking for:

Electrical Designer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting the development of electrical systems that control high‑end production printers
• Connecting power distribution, power supplies, actuators, and sensors
• Designing electrical systems such as power systems, drivers, drives, sensors, optics, actuators, or PCBs
• Specifying and agreeing on requirements together with architects, based on customer needs
• Developing technical designs and concepts that balance time, quality, performance, accuracy, interdisciplinary interactions, and cost
• Collaborating with colleagues from mechanical, software, physics, and other engineering disciplines
• Reviewing ideas and developing system‑level solutions within the project team
• Testing and reviewing designs by building prototypes or using simulations to validate technical feasibility
• Leading and executing your own plans
• Balancing and negotiating requirements for your design
• Aligning your designs and project plans with project team members
• Implementing your design solutions
• Testing prototypes
• Verifying that your designs are correctly implemented to ensure system robustness and accuracy
• Releasing your designs into production in collaboration with production and procurement teams
• Troubleshooting product issues and defining improvement actions

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Mechatronics
• Strong ability to think on a system/platform level
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
• Hands‑on, practical, analytical, goal‑oriented, and creative problem‑solving skills
• Fluent English skills, spoken and written
