For the Selb location, we are looking for:

Automation Technician/Electrical Engineer (Hardware Design) (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Interface mastermind: You are the central point of contact between automation technology and all relevant departments – both internal and external. In doing so, you ensure clear communication and coordinate requirements and execution details with customers and colleagues.
• Automation expert with a focus on hardware: You independently implement customer orders and automate process engineering apparatus and systems. You work with Siemens COMOS and occasionally with EPLAN 2024 to develop the optimal technical solution.
• Project responsibility: Deadlines, budgets, and specifications are in best hands with you. You ensure that projects are completed on time and within the cost budget.
• Sales supporter: You support our sales team in the project planning of systems by estimating the processing effort and planning the technical and temporal scheduling.
• Circuit diagram perfectionist: Changes in the project? No problem for you! You track them and integrate them confidently into the circuit diagrams.
• Control cabinet whisperer: Collaboration with our suppliers is another important component of your work. You plan and monitor control cabinet production and ensure quality.
• Innovation driver: Stagnation is not an option for you! You optimize existing processes and work on the further development of our standards and products to always remain at the cutting edge of technology.

Your qualifications:

• A successfully completed degree in the field of automation technology/mechatronics, a technician degree, or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge in the project planning of circuit diagrams and control cabinet planning, especially with COMOS and EPlan
• You can read and understand piping and instrumentation diagrams (R&I Schema/P&ID)
• Basic knowledge of process engineering plants and machines would be advantageous
• You are customer-oriented, work independently, and enjoy taking on new challenges
• You are a problem solver and enjoy innovative projects
• SAP knowledge is a plus, but not a must
• Good English skills and the willingness to undertake occasional worldwide business trips (<5%) round off your profile
