*About the Role*

Guild Insurance Group is looking for an Insurance Broker to join our Brandon team. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you?ll help clients with their insurance needs while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

*What You?ll Do*

• Process insurance transactions (new auto policies, renewals, changes)
• Assist clients with travel insurance and other services
• Handle payments and day-to-day office tasks
• Provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer service
• Work as part of a team to deliver a strong overall client experience
• Managing and servicing an existing personal lines book of business
• Advising clients on home and other personal insurance products
• Preparing quotes, processing renewals, and handling policy changes

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Strong computer and time management skills

*Nice to Have:*

• Level 1 Insurance Brokers License (or willingness to obtain)
• Interest in or willingness to pursue CAIB designation
• Previous customer service or insurance experience
• Post-secondary education (Business or Office Administration)
