Your tasks

Your Responsibilities

• Taking over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the project team, targeted promotion of employee development, and strengthening cross-departmental cooperation
• Analysis of existing workflows, definition of efficient processes, and establishment of modern standards for project management
• Monitoring the timely and budget-compliant implementation of all projects as well as compliance with our high quality standards in an international environment
• Leading demanding project situations, complex customer requests, or critical processing bottlenecks toward a solution-oriented clarification

Requirements

• Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) or a comparable qualification with sound business understanding
• Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in international mechanical or plant engineering
• Experience in the technical leadership of teams or with senior project management tasks, as well as a confident appearance and standing
• Structured, analytical way of working paired with high solution orientation and strong implementation skills
• Business fluent English
