Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d) (Business Administrator (Technical College) - Sales/Marketing/Bachelor Professional in Business)
As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d) with the development goal of becoming the Commercial Sales Director.
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will
- get to know our products, manufacturing technologies, and our sales structures as part of your extensive induction period;
- complete a 24-month trainee phase alongside our Sales Director and thus develop into the Commercial Head of Sales.
Afterwards, you will be ready to successively take over the tasks of the current Sales Director together with the Technical Sales Director.
Your tasks:
- Management and control of day-to-day business with a focus on the long-term interests of the company
- Disciplinary and functional leadership of the sales team of 12 employees, including employee development
- Acquisition and proactive further development of customer relationships
- Communication with contractual partners
- Analysis of all important data and factors that contribute to company growth
- Reporting, risk assessment, and issuing recommendations
- Realization of revenue, sales, and profit targets
- Further development and optimization of the sales process
Your profile:
- Completed Master's degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Assertiveness
- Confident and poised appearance, excellent communication skills, negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- High resilience, flexibility, and commitment
- Solution-oriented and strategic thinking, high affinity for numbers
- Reliable, independent, and structured way of working, excellent time management
- Ability to work in a team and organizational talent
- Very good MS Office skills
- English in spoken and written form
- High willingness to travel, including internationally
