Must-have:AILead

GUBI is a modern design company offering a wide variety of luxury furniture, lighting, and interior objects for both residential and commercial settings. With a strong global presence, GUBI’s headquarters and showroom are located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

About the position

As GUBI continues to grow globally, we are establishing a central Supply Planning & Purchasing function to support the next stage of our development. We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Supply Planning & Purchasing Lead to take ownership of the new function. You will translate demand into supply: what to buy, how much, and when. The goal is to ensure that each market has the products it needs, in the right quantities and at the right time, while balancing availability, inventory levels, and cash. GUBI supplies customers across EMEA, the US, and APAC, where lead times, sales channels, and demand patterns vary. Planning for those differences is central to the role. It is a role with real ownership. You will shape how the function works, from its processes and tools to its use of data and AI. Your decisions will directly affect product availability for our customers and the cash commitment to inventory. You will work closely with Category, Sales, Finance, Go-to-Market, Logistics, and Warehouse. Category decides what we want to sell and why. Planning & Purchasing decides how much we need to buy and when to support that ambition.
