• Working hours 35 hours/week
• Remuneration €55,000-€68,000 gross/year, depending on qualification and professional experience

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Internal and external complaint processing, error analysis, development of corrective measures and monitoring of implementation
• Independent participation in Lean projects for quality and efficiency improvement and avoidance of causes of waste
• Participation in projects for new products and raw materials
• Monitoring of quality inspections in production
• Development and refinement of testing instructions and plans
• Creation and validation of new testing methods and procedures
• Setting, if necessary repair and calibration of measuring devices
• Monitoring and control of measuring equipment
• Creation and implementation of quality-relevant training
• Independent cooperation with maintenance and production management in error rectification
• Planning and conducting of internal process and quality audits

YOUR REQUIREMENT PROFILE

• Completed technical studies, e.g., Engineer, preferably with a focus on quality assurance or packaging technology
• Training or further education in the field of quality management
• Knowledge of the standards ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000
• Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as statistical evaluations
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field in an industrial company
• Structured way of working
• Strong communication skills
• Assertiveness
• High quality awareness
• Good subject-specific English skills in spoken and written form
