Technology Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Leading complex technology projects from end to end – from the initiation, planning, and characterization stage to implementation and deployment.
• Managing work plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and milestones.
• Ongoing work with senior management, business units, IT teams, vendors, and Global entities.
• Coordinating and driving multiple interfaces in a matrix environment.
• Accompanying and monitoring projects in accordance with project management methodologies.
• Supporting PMO activity and accompanying project managers in development units as needed.
• Working with project management tools and producing status reports and performance metrics.
• Leading improvement, control, and efficiency processes in the world of project management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant field – Mandatory.
• At least 4 years of experience in managing complex technology projects.
• Experience in leading projects in the fields of software, infrastructure, and information security.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, PMP, or equivalent methodologies.
• Experience working with MS Project, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Full command of Microsoft Office applications and an affinity for working with AI tools.
• High level of English – working with international entities.

Significant Advantage

• Experience as a PMO or as part of a PMO team.
• Experience in building work plans, managing budgets, risks, and regulation.
• Familiarity with IT processes and ERP processes.
