Core Systems Analyst Required

Characterization of Financial Systems and Processes:

Receiving information from the client regarding their needs, translating business needs into system characterization, writing characterization documents while addressing the functional aspect of the process/system and addressing the technological aspect.

Project Management:

Managing the project within work teams according to AGILE methodology, managing work interfaces with all parties relevant to the project, ability to motivate and guide them professionally, direct contact with development including responsibility for the testing stage, meeting the project schedule.

• Experience working closely with development, infrastructure, and information security teams
• Willingness for 24/7 availability – Mandatory
• High-level English with an emphasis on managing conversations - Mandatory
• Ability to lead architecture formation processes from the infrastructure level to detailed design – Advantage
• Previous experience in a financial organization – Advantage.
• Familiarity with financial/banking systems – Advantage.
• Familiarity with systems on the MF platform – Advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in SQL – Advantage
• Familiarity with working in AGILE methodology – Advantage
