Innovation and AI Strategy Lead

Key Knowledge

Research and analyze technological and market trends related to Artificial Intelligence, automation, data analytics, and software development, identifying opportunities applicable to the business.

Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions with the potential to be incorporated into the GTEC portfolio, considering their impact, feasibility, maturity level, and alignment with the organization's strategy.

Identify and evaluate business and innovation opportunities based on the analysis of customer needs, market trends, and GTEC's technological capabilities, considering their feasibility, impact, risks, and benefits.

Collaborate with the Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Technical areas to develop and prioritize proposals for new products, services, accelerators, and solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, aimed at increasing competitiveness and generating new revenue.

Design value propositions for new technological products and services, considering market needs, business opportunities, technical feasibility, and alignment with GTEC's strategy.

Design and develop MVP, PoC, and functional demos to validate the technical, functional, and commercial feasibility of new technological solutions before their implementation or presentation to clients.

Facilitate Discovery sessions with clients and internal areas to identify needs, challenges, innovation opportunities, and requirements that allow for the definition of appropriate technological solutions.

Collaborate with the Commercial area in the construction and presentation of technological proposals, including demonstrations and use cases aimed at generating new business opportunities.

Follow up on and validate the results of innovation initiatives, verifying compliance with defined objectives and identifying technical, functional, and operational risks to implement preventive and corrective actions.

Promote the transfer and adoption of validated solutions, generating technical and functional documentation that incorporates lessons learned and best practices to facilitate their implementation in the involved areas.
