Requirements:
1- 2 years’ experience in beverage/manufacturing or related field
High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
Ability to read the English language
Job Responsibilities:
Verify and reconcile raw material and packaging inventory through system and physical counts
Review and validate ERP transactions to ensure accurate consumption, yields, and inventory movements
Investigate inventory variances and identify causes of waste or discrepancies
Ensure FIFO compliance and accuracy of inventory transactions
Perform and support weekly cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.Generate and review discrepancy reports to maintain inventory accuracy.
Communicate inventory status, issues, and resolutions
Assist with ERP Clerk I duties and support continuous process improvement initiatives
Essential Duties:
Assist in the training of newly hired Sanitation Associates (I)
Complete daily housekeeping, assignments, CIP logs, checklists, and other Sanitation documents
Conduct weekly inventory of sanitation products and notify supervisor of low stock
Ensure cleanliness of work area to maintain a safe work environment
Model, reinforce, and demonstrate safe work practices and procedures, including wearing required PPE and following OSHA safety guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned

Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Ability to problem-solve and escalate issues to the appropriate party
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize the workload of assignments with department priorities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to enter, interpret and analyze data
Takes initiative and proactively seeks opportunities for improvement

Involves constant movement around the warehouse occasionally in a wet/humid environment
Employees may occasionally operate in a cold environment (30-40°F)
Occasional lifting of containers filled with raw or packaged materials (up to 35 lbs) to be transported around the warehouse
Employees are required to stand for the majority of their work shift

Job Details:
Work Hours: 5:00am - 1:30pm
Available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends & holidays
Pay Range: $17.90 - $18.90/hr
