Job Responsibilities 工作职责

• Supervise and coordinate electrical and instrumentation installation works at project sites. 监督及协调项目现场的电气及仪表安装工程。
• Monitor daily site activities, installation quality, workplace safety and project progress. 监督现场日常施工、安装质量、工作安全及工程进度。
• Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, engineers and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. 与现场工人、分包商、工程师及项目经理协调，确保工程顺利进行。
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical specifications. 阅读及理解电气图纸、接线图及相关技术规范。
• Assist in site inspections, testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems. 协助电气及仪表系统的现场检查、测试及调试工作。
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain relevant project documentation. 编写每日施工进度报告，并整理及维护相关工程文件。
• Ensure installation works comply with project specifications, workplace safety requirements and project schedules. 确保安装工程符合项目技术规范、工作场所安全要求及工程进度安排。

Job Requirements 任职要求

• Possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or other relevant qualifications recognised under BCA ME05 L1 Technician (T) requirements, including the Certificate in M&E Coordination (CITI/BCAA). 持有机械工程、电气/电子工程文凭，或符合 BCA ME05 L1 Technician (T) 资格要求的相关认可学历或资格，包括 CITI/BCAA 机电协调证书。
• Relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation installation, site supervision or project coordination will be an advantage. 具有电气及仪表安装、现场监督或项目协调经验者优先考虑。
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical specifications. 能够阅读及理解电气图纸、接线图及相关技术规范。
• Familiar with electrical installation procedures and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements. 熟悉电气安装施工流程及工作场所安全与健康（WSH）要求。
• Proficiency in English is required to prepare project documentation, safety records and communicate with stakeholders. Mandarin language ability is required as the role involves regular coordination and communication with Mandarin-speaking site personnel, workers and subcontractors who may not be proficient in English. 需具备良好的英语能力，以处理工程文件、施工记录及相关工作沟通。由于该职位需要经常与以华语为主要工作语言且英语能力有限的现场人员、工人与分包商进行协调及沟通，因此需具备华语沟通能力。
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. 具备良好的沟通协调及解决问题的能力。
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within project teams. 工作认真负责、注重细节，能够独立工作并与项目团队保持良好协作。
