Technical Specialist

The Technical Specialist / Programmer is responsible for software development, maintenance of technical systems, detection and elimination of malfunctions, as well as ensuring the uninterrupted operation of information systems.

Software development, testing, and support

Diagnosis and rapid elimination of technical and software issues and malfunctions

Configuration of computer and network equipment, servers, and software

Database management and maintenance

Providing technical consultation and support to users and employees (IT Support)

Participation in the implementation process of new software solutions

Preparation and updating of technical documentation

Fundamental knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)

Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, Java, or PHP)

Experience working with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Analytical problem-solving skills

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Knowledge of technical English (for reading documentation and code)

Possession of a driver's license

Ability to work at heights
