PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PROCESS CDD - M/F

Description :

The Organization & Human Resources Department is looking for a Project Management and Process professional.

Your main mission will be to steer, supervise, and guarantee the smooth running of cross-functional projects with high visibility and business and IT stakes, from their launch to their delivery, ensuring their progress in close connection with business teams, technical experts, and relevant partners, in collaboration with the PMO.

You will be responsible for the coordination of various stakeholders, managing dependencies, anticipating risks, and securing the commitments made on projects.

YOUR ROLE:

• From the opening of a project, analyze the brief in collaboration with a business lead, co-construct project roadmaps, define the scoping (scope, resources, schedule, budget), ensure its deployment, and monitor compliance.
• Form, steer, and lead the project team in connection with all contributors and stakeholders.
• Plan tasks, monitor deadlines, and guarantee respect for schedules.
• Guarantee the production and delivery of expected deliverables.
• Identify, evaluate, and monitor project risks. Alert proactively if necessary.
• Manage interdependencies between projects, applications, business teams, and technical contributors to secure delivery trajectories.
• Prepare necessary arbitrations and support decision-making with sponsors, business departments, and governance bodies.
• Implement and ensure regular reporting on the progress of projects.
• Lead steering committees, project committees, as well as the teams in charge of implementation (experts, product owners, developers, business teams, etc.).
• Cooperate with other GS1 entities internationally.

Profile sought:

You have at least 7 years of experience in managing cross-functional and complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and strong interdependencies.

Ideally, you have experience with projects involving an IT component (application evolution, process digitalization, data management, integration or deployment of solutions).

You master project management methods (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches) and know how to adapt your approach to the context and stakes of the project.

Recognized for your cross-functional leadership, you know how to unite multidisciplinary teams, manage risks and arbitrations, and move projects forward in a demanding and evolving environment.

Your excellent interpersonal skills and positive temperament allow you to unite teams, collaborate effectively cross-functionally, and interact constructively with both clients and internal interlocutors.

You are proficient in Microsoft environments.

Your level of English allows you to move easily in an international context.
