AI Tech Lead / Lead AI Engineer (M/F) CDI - Clermont-Ferrand (63) - Hybrid remote Remuneration: €60,000 to €70,000 gross annual depending on profile and package

The Company We are supporting a rapidly growing technology company specializing in the development of innovative solutions integrating generative artificial intelligence. As part of its product development and the strengthening of its technical team, it is looking for an AI Tech Lead capable of designing, developing, and deploying high-value-added AI solutions. You will join a human-sized structure, offering autonomy, responsibility, and direct participation in technical decisions.

Your Missions

AI Architecture and Development

• Design and evolve generative AI architectures.
• Develop and orchestrate AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Integrate LLM and design RAG architectures.
• Ensure the integration of solutions with existing applications and information systems.
• Guarantee performance, security, reliability, and cost control.
• Participate in technological choices and the technical roadmap.

Technical Leadership

• Supervise and support a team of two developers.
• Organize developments and guarantee the quality of deliverables.
• Define best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
• Actively participate in the development of solutions.

Client Support

• Participate in technical exchanges and pre-sales phases.
• Analyze needs and propose suitable architectures.
• Support technical integrations with clients.

Profile Sought With higher education in computer science (Master's degree or equivalent), you ideally have 6 to 8 years of experience in software development, data, or artificial intelligence. You possess significant experience in the design and production deployment of generative AI solutions. In particular, you have worked on projects involving LLM, RAG architectures, or AI agents. Experience as a Tech Lead, technical referent, or managing developers is sought.

Technical Skills Generative AI:

• LLM, RAG, agentic and multi-agent architectures
• Azure AI Foundry and/or AWS Bedrock
• Integration protocols, notably MCP

Development:

• Python, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Node.js, React
• Software architecture and IS integration

Infrastructure:

• Azure Cloud and/or Scaleway
• PostgreSQL, Redis
• Docker, CI/CD
• AI security, GDPR, and cost optimization

Professional English: minimum B2 level.
