Your tasks are:
- Obtaining and comparing offers as well as placing orders
- Following up on order confirmations and ensuring on-time deliveries
- Maintenance and administration of supplier and article master data in the ERP system
- Obtaining, managing, and evaluating supplier documents
- Supporting the checking and approval of invoices as well as processing credit card statements
- Supporting complaints, customs processes, and delivery notifications
- Creating and obtaining supplier approvals and quality agreements
- Creating evaluations, quarterly, and annual statistics
- Active participation in the optimization of purchasing processes
- Taking on further exciting special tasks in daily business
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in a commercial environment, ideally in purchasing
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Proficient use of MS Office, Outlook, and ERP systems
- Knowledge in the area of customs clearance is an advantage
- Structured and independent way of working
- Strong sense of responsibility and cost awareness
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and organizational talent
- Initiative, creativity, and loyalty
