Management Trainee (Operations)

Daily Operations • Ensure close monitoring of the usage of cleaning supplies and the right chemical for the respective dishwashing machines. • Supervise and train stewards on tasks and daily routines. • To upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times • Ensure cleaning processes, workplace environment and that of our staffs comply and meet quality guidelines and standards • Conduct any necessary investigations and respond to the corresponding corrective measures to prevent a reoccurrence upon feedback from the customer. • Plan and coordinate the workflow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to the committed deliveries and quality standards
