Business Development Specialist, Marketing Specialists

Job Description:

• Active searching and acquisition of new customers and development of new business
• Development of new business projects and products
• Independent communication and negotiation with existing and potential customers
• Identification of customer needs and opportunities for new projects
• Coordination of customer requirements with other teams, including ensuring the preparation of samples and any product modifications according to customer specifications
• Support for long-term business development with European customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the field of business development or sales, with a focus on acquiring new customers
• Experience in the automotive industry or knowledge of the polypropylene (PP) market is an advantage
• Business and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and at the same time collaborate with colleagues from various teams
• Willingness to travel to customers
• Communicative knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Driving license group B and active driving
