Junior Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

• Support in searching for new customers and business opportunities
• Gradual involvement in the development of new projects and products
• Communication with existing and potential customers under the guidance of more experienced colleagues
• Support in identifying customer needs and preparing new business opportunities
• Cooperation with other teams in preparing samples and resolving customer requirements
• Gradual assumption of independent tasks and responsibilities in the area of customer and business development

Requirements:

• Interest in sales and new business development
• Willingness to learn and gradually take on more responsibility
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and at the same time cooperate with colleagues from different teams
• Experience in the automotive industry or knowledge of the polypropylene (PP) market is an advantage
• Willingness to travel to customers
• Communicative knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Driving license group B and active driving
