Warehouse Manager (experience in drilling and sounding) - Pudahuel

An important company in the drilling and sounding industry is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join its work team and lead the logistics operation of its center located in Lo Boza, Pudahuel.

Main responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the integral operation of the warehouse, ensuring the correct reception, storage, control, and dispatch of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Administer and control inventories, performing cyclic and general counts, guaranteeing the accuracy of physical and systemic stocks.
• Manage the supply of materials through coordination with national and foreign suppliers, following up on purchase orders and delivery times.
• Control the entry and exit of products through the ERP system, maintaining the traceability of inventory movements.
• Coordinate the reception and inspection of materials, verifying their condition, documentation, and compliance with technical specifications.
• Lead and supervise the warehouse team, distributing functions, controlling performance, and promoting compliance with established procedures.
• Plan and coordinate dispatches to clients and worksites, ensuring compliance with committed deadlines.
• Maintain adequate stock levels to guarantee the operational continuity of the company.
• Prepare reports and management indicators related to inventories, supply, and warehouse performance.
• Ensure the order, cleanliness, and correct arrangement of materials, complying with safety and risk prevention standards.
• Support the identification, classification, and control of materials associated with drilling equipment, sounding, and machinery used in the industry.
• Propose continuous improvements in logistics and storage processes, contributing to efficient resource management.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics Engineering, Logistics Technician, or a related career.
• Previous experience leading warehouse operations and work teams.
• Experience in inventory administration, stock control, and supply management.
• Knowledge of national and foreign suppliers.
• Knowledge of drilling equipment, types of sounding, and machinery used in drilling processes.
• Proficiency in Defontana ERP.
• Intermediate level Excel.
• Conversational English.
• Own transportation (mandatory).

Conditions

• Workday from Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30 hours.
