An important international organization is looking for a Senior L3 Network Engineer specializing in Security Service Edge (SSE) to join a global IT Infrastructure team. The position will be oriented towards the administration, advanced support, and evolution of connectivity and cybersecurity services, participating in global initiatives for technological transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.

Main functions

  • Administer and provide level 3 support for network and security services.
  • Lead the resolution of complex incidents and critical escalations.
  • Participate in implementation, migration, and infrastructure improvement projects.
  • Manage Security Service Edge (SSE) solutions.
  • Maintain updated technical documentation and operating procedures.
  • Promote automation and service standardization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams distributed globally.
  • Perform knowledge transfer and technical mentoring to support teams.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, governance, and ITIL best practices.

Management of Zscaler and management in the following aspects: ZCC lifecycle (installation, update, patch lifecycle, client and server posture verification). ZIA with experience in key functionalities such as: SSL inspection, GRE tunnels, Tunnel 2.0, PAC file management, bypass, SIPA, IPv6, Browser Isolation, file type control, etc. ZPA: management of application segments and segment groups, App Connector and connector groups, connector lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

  • Engineering in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Networks, or a related field.
  • ITIL certification or solid knowledge in IT Service Management.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate infrastructure and networks.
  • Experience in multinational environments and complex settings.
  • Experience in service management and critical infrastructure operation.
