Import Analyst

We are looking for a professional to act as an Import Analyst. In this position, you will participate in the planning of import processes and activities, with a focus on relationship management and active prospecting of internal clients, acting in the mapping of demands, as well as the preparation and presentation of commercial proposals.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Map and actively prospect internal clients, identifying new areas of operation and import needs.
• Develop, structure, and present commercial proposals, aiming for financial feasibility and process compliance.
• Develop end-to-end import cost studies (loading, freight, taxes, and fees) to ensure project profitability.
• Act as the main consultative interface between item requesters, related areas, and service providers.
• Provide critical analyses and technical opinions to support decision-making by leadership and internal clients.
• Ensure alignment with company governance, respecting regulatory standards and the pattern required by the OEA Program.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education in Comércio Exterior, Administração de Empresas, or Relações Internacionais.
• Fluent / Advanced English.
• Mastery of the Office Package, with a focus on Advanced Excel.

Desirable (Differentials):

• Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
• Previous experience in COMEX (practical knowledge in customs processes and legislation).
• Knowledge of the SAP system.
