About the opportunity At GRUPO WOW, we are looking for an AI-Driven Growth & Marketing Coordinator (B2B) with solid experience in B2B Marketing, Growth, Demand Generation, Artificial Intelligence, and automation. We are looking for a profile capable of converting data, technology, and AI into commercial results, directly impacting lead generation, pipeline growth, conversion, and revenue.

Main responsibilities

• Design and execute B2B demand generation strategies.
• Manage campaigns focused on qualified leads and pipeline growth.
• Implement AI and automation in Marketing processes.
• Administer CRM, segmentation, data quality, and the commercial funnel.
• Analyze campaign results and generate actionable insights for the business.
• Develop technical content and high-impact commercial materials.
• Develop playbooks, presentations, and value propositions to support the Sales team.
• Coordinate digital initiatives, webinars, and commercial positioning.
• Follow up on pipeline, conversion, and revenue indicators.

Requirements

Indispensable requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation.
• Verifiable experience in transnational or multinational companies.
• Advanced or bilingual English is indispensable.
• Practical experience using Artificial Intelligence applied to Marketing.
• Experience in Marketing automation.
• Management of CRM, funnels, segmentation, and data analytics.
• Experience in qualified lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Orientation toward measurable results: pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
• Analytical thinking, commercial vision, and high execution capacity.
• We are especially looking for profiles from companies such as Nestlé, Purina, Unilever, Hersheys, Kelloggs, Mondelez, Mars, Danone, or similar multinational companies.
