Production Manager

Important company in the motorcycle and mobility sector is looking for a Production Manager with experience in manufacturing and team leadership.

What are we looking for?

Professional in Industrial Engineering or related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in production, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, metallurgical, or metalworking companies.

Main responsibilities

• Lead teams of 80 to 150 collaborators and supervise middle management.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan and line balancing.
• Control downtime and optimize production capacity.
• Follow up on SQDCM indicators: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale.
• Ensure quality and compliance with process standards.
• Coordinate material supply and address shortages to guarantee operational continuity.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Implement and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene.
• Analyze problems and make timely decisions to maintain operations.
• Work together with the Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain areas.

Requirements

• Industrial Engineering or related.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in production positions.
• Experience leading teams of 80 to 150 people.
• Experience in manufacturing; preferably automotive, metallurgical, or metalworking.
• Knowledge/certifications in Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience in capacity planning, MRP/ERP, and process engineering.
• Strategic thinking and high-level leadership.
• Negotiation skills and executive communication.
• Decision-making under pressure and a high sense of urgency.
• Intermediate-advanced English level.

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday | 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

IMPORTANT: The position is 100% on-site and corresponds exclusively to the night shift.

Work zone: Parque Industrial Siglo XXI, Santa Cruz de las Flores, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco.
