Supplier Quality Engineer - Motorcycle Manufacturing

Job Objective: Ensure that received components meet established quality standards through supplier evaluation and development, quality audits, and proactive problem-solving in materials and processes.

Main Functions:

• Evaluation and monitoring of supplier performance.
• Conducting quality audits and manufacturing process analysis.
• Failure investigation and root cause analysis.
• Development and implementation of action plans with suppliers.
• Follow-up on quality reports and corrective actions.
• Collaboration with production, design, warehouse, and after-sales areas for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering or related career.
• 3 years of experience in quality or manufacturing areas.
• Advanced English (indispensable) for interaction with suppliers.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability for problem analysis and teamwork.

Salary and Benefits

• $18,000 monthly nominal base salary
• $2,000 monthly KPI bonus
• $1,420 monthly in grocery vouchers

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:45 pm

Workplace: On-site. Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Santa Cruz de las flores (must live near the area or have no problems commuting).
