Your tasks

Join our team as a Production Analyst and participate in the monitoring of indicators and analysis that contribute to the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering or related. 0 to 2 years of experience; we also consider recent graduate profiles with technical knowledge. Advanced Excel and automation. (IMPORTANT) Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Desirable knowledge of programming languages. Industrial statistics and data analysis. Knowledge of lean manufacturing. Management and interpretation of KPIs. Knowledge of supply chain management. Problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork. Basic English. Main activities: Calculation and monitoring of OEE. Design and updating of dashboards for indicator monitoring. Analysis and control of production KPIs. Analysis of scrap and detection of bottlenecks. Generation and analysis of information for lean manufacturing initiatives. Analysis of downtime and support in predictive maintenance strategies. Statistical quality control. Auditing and validation of information in systems. We offer: Base salary: $11,000 gross monthly. KPI bonus of up to $4,000 for achievement of indicators. $1,420 monthly in grocery vouchers. Weekly payment. Statutory benefits. Direct hiring and for an indefinite period. Zone and schedule: Workplace: Parque Industrial Siglo XXI, Santa cruz de las Flores. Modality: On-site.
