Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within automotive workshops, dealerships, or service centers.
• Experience in scheduling work orders, monitoring operational processes, time control, spare parts management, and monitoring workshop productivity.

Knowledge

• Basic handling of office tools.
• Basic technical English.
• General knowledge of the automotive sector.
• Administration and monitoring of production lines.

Main Functions

• Schedule and assign work orders according to service type and operational capacity.
• Monitor the progress and fulfillment of repair times.
• Manage requests and timely delivery of spare parts and materials.
• Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency.
• Guarantee compliance with delivery times to the customer.
• Update operational dashboards and controls of the area.
