We are looking for a Store Manager with experience in luxury retail to join our team in: Los Cabos

Profile we are looking for

• Verifiable experience in directing sales teams in premium or luxury retail.

• Leadership, commercial management, and talent development skills.
• Ability to reach and exceed sales objectives in highly competitive environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field (desirable).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership positions in luxury retail.
• Verifiable experience in managing sales teams (10+ people).
• Advanced English is indispensable (third language desirable).
• High orientation to results and management of performance indicators.
• Availability to reside or travel within the assigned area.

Experience:

• Luxury Retail Sales: jewelry, watchmaking, lifestyle, or premium brands.
• Commercial Management: Objective planning, forecast, strategies to boost sales and profitability.
• Clienteling / VIP Customer Service: Building long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Team Leadership: Development, training, and motivation of sales advisors.
• Store Operation: Inventories, visual merchandising, brand standards.
• Omnichannel experience: Integration of in-person and digital sales for exclusive customers.
