Integral Plant Maintenance Intern / Cusco (Selva)

On behalf of our client TGP, we are looking for an Integral Plant Maintenance Intern for Cusco

Requirements:

• Recent graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering
• Knowledge in Maintenance and Asset Management
• Knowledge in rotating equipment (pumps, motors, compressors, turbines)
• Excel at an advanced level
• Power BI at an intermediate level
• English at an intermediate - advanced level
• Having a driver's license is desirable (not indispensable)
• Availability to work on a 14x7 regime at the Cusco plant. (In case of residing in another province, the company covers per diem)

Functions:

Practice and development of Maintenance Management skills in Pumping Stations:

• Knowledge of NGL characteristics and the pumping process.
• Planning of work orders for preventive, corrective, and non-recurring maintenance.
• Monitoring compliance with PIMA, corrective activities, Special Operations, and Non-Recurring activities (develop a control dashboard).
• Monitoring the treatment of the backlog of Pumping Stations (develop a control dashboard).

Practice and development of Maintenance Management skills in Compressor Plants:

• Knowledge of NG characteristics and the compression process.
• Accompanying the execution activities of work orders in the field.
• Reading and understanding safety procedures (pass the exams for PTS enablement).
• Propose improvements to the internal processes of the area (PSs and/or PCK).
• Other instructions given by the direct supervisor.
