We are looking for a Tax Processing and Registration Assistant to join the Tax team of an important company in the technology sector.

What will be your challenge?

You will be responsible for supporting the processing, registration, and validation of tax and accounting information, ensuring that vouchers and records are correctly entered and reconciled.

Main functions

• Validate information contained in XML files of payment vouchers.
• Register invoices and payment vouchers in the corresponding systems.
• Perform the comparison of the Purchase and Sales Registry through SIRE.
• Support the review of the Libro Diario, Kardex, and Libro de Activo Fijo.
• Identify and report inconsistencies in the processed information.
• Organize and archive tax and accounting documentation.

What are we looking for?

• Completed studies in Contabilidad (Technical - University)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in functions of registration and processing of tax and/or accounting information.
• Proven experience in Tributación / Impuestos.
• Advanced Excel management.
• Management of the SIRE platform.
• Intermediate - advanced English.
• Organized, precise, and responsible people in the handling of confidential information.

Ideal profile

We are looking for a very organized and detail-oriented person, who has ease working with large volumes of information and can detect errors or inconsistencies in tax documents and records.

Location: San Isidro Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Salary: S/ 2,000 S/ 2,500 Contract: 3 months renewable Overtime compensated
