Implement an indirect procurement governance model that allows for centralizing spending, establishing controls, developing suppliers, and generating savings
Centralize and manage the procurement of services, economato, supplies, maintenance, minor assets, and other indirect categories.
Validate that requirements have the corresponding technical justification and approval before starting the purchasing process.
Execute quotation, evaluation, and negotiation processes with suppliers seeking the best economic, commercial, and service conditions.
Manage the procurement management of national and imported raw materials.
Develop sourcing strategies by category, identifying opportunities for consolidation and standardization among different business units.
Follow up on purchase orders and delivery dates to ensure continuity of supply.
Prepare technical-economic comparative charts to support decision-making.
Administer the supplier master for indirect procurement, promoting homologation processes and performance evaluation.
Implement framework contracts and commercial agreements for recurring services.
Control and analyze spending by category, supplier, and business unit, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency.
Generate management indicators (savings, policy compliance, response times, spending by category, among others).
Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and procedures.
