Responsibilities and duties
- Define, implement, and evolve the Technology Governance framework, ensuring balance between control, delivery speed, and risk management;
- Structure and conduct governance forums, committees, and technological decision-making processes, promoting transparency and alignment between areas;
- Lead technology portfolio management, supporting initiative prioritization, capacity management, and investment allocation;
- Define and improve intake processes, demand qualification, impact assessment, prioritization, and monitoring of initiatives;
- Conduct IT service governance based on ITSM best practices, ensuring operational efficiency and service quality;
- Manage change, incident, problem, and request processes, ensuring operational stability in critical environments;
- Establish risk classification criteria, change management, rollback plans, and production environment governance;
- Lead post-incident analysis processes (post-mortem), promoting a culture of continuous learning and operational improvement;
- Ensure the evolution and reliability of the CMDB, technological inventory, and IT asset management;
- Structure and sustain architecture governance, promoting practices such as ADRs (Architecture Decision Records) and RFCs (Request for Comments);
- Ensure alignment between enterprise architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), microservices, microfrontends, and technological evolution strategies;
- Define, monitor, and evolve technology performance indicators, including DORA metrics, quality, availability, predictability, and value generation;
- Implement a management culture based on data, evidence, and performance indicators;
- Define guidelines, controls, and processes for Artificial Intelligence Governance and AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC);
- Ensure traceability, risk management, assessment, and compliance of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions;
- Structure governance mechanisms for the responsible use of AI, including inventory management, risk classification, and model auditing;
- Lead FinOps initiatives, promoting economic efficiency, cost optimization, and financial management of technological environments;
- Define cost control standards in cloud, including tagging, showback, chargeback, and consumption monitoring;
- Ensure business continuity processes, disaster recovery, and operational resilience;
- Define criticality classifications, RTO and RPO indicators, and periodically tested recovery plans;
- Identify, assess, and communicate technological risks in a structured manner to leadership and executive committees;
- Ensure adherence to LGPD, CVM regulations, Central Bank, and other applicable regulatory requirements;
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring the availability of evidence, controls, and process traceability;
- Conduct governance of suppliers, strategic partners, and third-party risk, including due diligence, contract management, and SLA monitoring;
- Ensure segregation of duties controls, privileged access management, and identity governance in partnership with Information Security areas;
- Define and maintain policies, standards, procedures, and corporate norms related to Technology, Software Engineering, and Governance;
- Promote training, communication, and dissemination programs of governance practices for technical teams and business areas;
- Act as the main reference in Technology Governance, supporting strategic decisions related to digital transformation, operational efficiency, risks, and compliance.
Requirements and qualifications
- Practical experience leading or governing multiple squads in mature agile environments, using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent frameworks;
- Proven track record of increasing predictability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of delivery flows;
- Solid knowledge in Platform Engineering, with experience in internal development platforms, golden paths, self-service, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
- Ability to transform governance processes into automations, standards, and scalable mechanisms, reducing dependence on manual controls;
- Consolidated experience in ITSM, including change, incident, problem, service request, CMDB, and service catalog management;
- Experience in the operation and evolution of change and incident management processes in mission-critical environments;
- Experience with ITSM tools applied to corporate operations;
- Knowledge of AWS environment governance, including landing zones, account management, security policies, observability, tagging, and cost control;
- Fluency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts, including domain modeling, bounded contexts, and integration between contexts;
- Ability to participate in and lead architecture discussions based on digital platform and technological governance principles;
- Knowledge of microfrontends architectures, including versioning, shared design systems, application composition, and deployment independence;
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence applied to the development lifecycle (AI-DLC), including the definition of guidelines, controls, and governance mechanisms;
- Knowledge of risks associated with the use of AI, including privacy, intellectual property, response quality, and information security;
- Experience in highly regulated and mission-critical environments, where availability, compliance, and risk management are strategic factors;
- Experience with LGPD, audits, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements;
- Experience in defining and monitoring portfolios, KPIs, OKRs, and data-driven prioritization mechanisms;
- Ability to support investment and governance decisions based on metrics, indicators, and results analysis;
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Advanced English for frequent interaction with international teams, suppliers, and operations.

- Experience in the financial market, especially in the Investment, Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Banking segments;
- Knowledge of processes related to B3, custodian, quote closing, financial integrations, and critical operational windows;
