Mid-Level Quality Analyst

Responsibilities and assignments

• Define and evolve the testing strategy (functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and exploratory), ensuring adequate coverage and risk mitigation;
• Act as a guardian of quality, influencing technical decisions alongside development and business teams;
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks (Java + Robot Framework), promoting reuse, scalability, and best practices;
• Implement and sustain the BDD approach with Gherkin, ensuring traceability between requirements and tests;
• Act strategically in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins and GitLab), promoting continuous automation and quality integrated into the DevOps workflow;
• Analyze logs, metrics, and quality indicators, proposing preventive and corrective actions;
• Work with management tools (Jira and Xray), ensuring governance and traceability.

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience with test automation in Java and Robot Framework;
• Experience with BDD and Gherkin syntax;
• Experience in integration testing (REST and SOAP);
• Practical knowledge in SQL Server and MongoDB;
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab);
• Experience with Test Management tools (Jira and Xray);
• Experience with quality metrics and log analysis;
• Ability to structure and evolve quality processes;
• Advanced English.

We would really like it if, in addition to all that, you have:

• Experience in cloud environments (preferably IBM Cloud);
• Experience in the insurance industry;
• Certifications in the Quality area (CTFL, CTAL, or Agile Tester);
• Spanish.

Additional information Work model: 100% home, however, it will be necessary to go to the office 1x per month.
