Operations Manager

Ensure that the facilities are kept clean, orderly, and in good physical condition. Monitor digital customer satisfaction surveys to identify trends in negative comments or suggestions. Guarantee that the kitchen complies with the established times for dish preparation. Ensure the promotion of sales among the service staff and seek new sales opportunities. Supervise the proper execution of the established budget. Maintain control of the Restaurant's operational expenses, ensuring they remain within the established parameters according to the month's sales. Ensure that the marketing plan is executed properly. Provide support and follow-up to internal and external audits.

• Languages: English
• Age: between 35 and 60 years old
• Knowledge: Coordination ability, Team management, Decision making, Supervision
• Driver's licenses: automobiles / cars
