In our Finanzas & TO area, we are looking for a Pricing and Service Volume Optimization Manager with an analytical mindset, long-term vision, and a passion for digital innovation. Your main mission will be to lead and implement pricing and revenue management strategies to ensure the fulfillment of volume, profitability, and competitiveness goals in Mexico and Central America (UN MX & CA).
Your main challenges and responsibilities:
- Pricing & Margin Strategy: Define, implement, and periodically evaluate service price strategies by channel and region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Advanced Analysis: Develop price elasticity analyses to boost margin increases and detect strategic opportunities across different service lines and geographies.
- Optimal Revenue and Commercial Policies: Update and supervise strict compliance with commercial policies, supporting the implementation of the Optimal Revenue methodology.
- Innovation & Promotions: Design initiatives, variable payment schemes, and promotions that improve Unit Economics (CAC/LTV), volume, and the financial performance of the business.
- Launches: Develop strategic pricing schemes for new products/services in the portfolio.
What profile are we looking for?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Actuaría, Finanzas, Administración, Mercadotecnia, or related fields.
- Experience: 4 to 7 years managing areas of Revenue Management, Pricing, Revenue Optimization, or Financial-Commercial Analysis.
- English Level: Advanced.
- Technical Competencies: Process optimization and efficiency, data-driven decisions, and omnichannel commercial vision.
- Digital Skills: Interest/experience in using Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance analysis and innovation.
