How would you contribute to our mission?

Your main challenge will be to manage the complete accounts payable cycle (reception, validation, accounting, scheduling, and reconciliation) for our entities operating in the United States market. You will ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and internal control standards, acting as a key point of contact with suppliers, internal teams, and auditors to guarantee accuracy, timely payments, and drive continuous improvement through automation and analytics.

What actions will you perform?

• Receive, validate, and process supplier invoices for the US entities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and withholdings.
• Manage the AP cycle from start to finish: from resolving discrepancies with purchase orders to accounting and release for payment.
• Maintain daily communication (in English) with US suppliers, procurement teams, and various key areas in the USA.
• Analyze and reconcile aging analysis by entity, identifying risks and valuable opportunities to optimize working capital.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports (processed volume, error rate, early payment discount capture).
• Lead the implementation and optimization of automated flows (RPA, workflows in SAP or platforms such as Coupa) to reduce manual processing.
• Actively participate in internal and external audits, and collaborate closely with the Treasury team in cash flow scheduling.

This job is for you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• +3 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or Treasury managing multiple entities.
• Advanced English level (indispensable for daily international contact).
• Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC (especially FI, AP, CO, TR modules).
• Advanced Excel level and experience managing document management platforms (such as Coupa) and AI tools.
• Desirable knowledge and certifications in IFRS and auditing regulations, standing out in competencies such as Operations Management and Optimization and Continuous Improvement.
