About the Area
The Pré-CCV team is part of LegalOps and acts in the pipeline of Purchase and Sale contracts before signing (CCV). It is the link between the Commercial team and the other areas involved in closing the deal, responsible for unblocking contracts, issuing documents, and ensuring that the process advances within the deadline. The routine requires constant adaptation to a dynamic and fast-changing environment, with a focus on hitting volume and conversion goals. To this end, maintaining a close and aligned relationship with the Commercial team is essential — both areas work as partners toward the same result.
Requirements
Degree in Law or finishing the course;
Experience with drafting contracts;
Experience with real estate purchase and sale operations will be considered a differentiator;
Ease of adaptation to a dynamic and challenging environment;
Good verbal and written communication;
Proactive profile oriented toward problem-solving;
Adaptability to deal with volume and conversion goals;
Intermediate English (ability to understand terms and reasoning in the language);
Availability to work on Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Manage operational queues and handle cases following the priorities defined by leadership;
Support the Commercial team and customers, ensuring an aligned flow and identifying improvement opportunities;
Draft contracts, addenda, and rescissions, as well as issue the documents necessary for the process;
Keep systems updated and perform low-complexity analyses;
Clarify doubts of stakeholders and customers regarding the Purchase and Sale processes.
