Location and Work Model
We operate in a remote-first model, offering total flexibility for you to work from anywhere in Brazil. For those who like in-person meetings, we provide our office in São Paulo and partner coworkings. Additionally, we have the Work From Anywhere (WFA) program, which allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days a year.
About the Area and the Challenge
Your mission as a Growth Intelligence Specialist will be to provide insights, frameworks, and practical recommendations to increase the volume of listings attracted through acquisition and conversion channels, ensuring scalability and efficiency according to our economic guidelines. You will play a fundamental role in diagnosing supply performance, supporting the development of growth levers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate impact.
Responsibilities
Analyze the performance of the supply funnel between acquisition and conversion channels, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Develop analytical models and work frameworks to guide the supply strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and efficiency.
Perform diagnostics to identify levers that increase property sourcing, respecting financial guidelines.
Work in partnership with Growth Marketing, Sales, Brokers, Product, and Technology teams to design and operationalize improvement initiatives.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing decision-making and supporting execution.
Monitor supply KPIs, track the impacts of initiatives, and support tactical and strategic planning.
Collaborate with the Budget Allocation team to align financial guidelines and maximize ROI.
What we are looking for (Requirements)
Advanced English knowledge;
Relevant experience in areas such as: business intelligence (BI), commercial planning, or growth strategy;
Experience in decomposing complex problems into manageable parts;
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to extract insights from data;
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and influence different audiences;
Experience handling large volumes of data (SQL, Alteryx, Excel, etc.).
