Location and Work Model

We operate in a remote-first model, offering total flexibility for you to work from anywhere in Brazil. For those who enjoy in-person meetings, we provide our office in São Paulo and partner coworkings. Additionally, we have the Work From Anywhere (WFA) program, which allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days a year.

About the Area and the Challenge

The BI/DataOps area works on building the analytical layer that supports the company's business and operational decision-making. Our goal is to ensure data reliability and build scalable solutions, as well as to support our stakeholders with the data necessary for decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

• Analytical Depth: “Dive deep” is a very important pillar in our culture. We look for people who dive headfirst and go deep into the topics they manage. Working with autonomy to interpret processes and business rules, connecting data and strategies proactively. Identifying the root cause and implementing the most effective solution (whether technical or organizational), going beyond building dashboards to design tailor-made solutions for the business.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Leading teams from other countries, ensuring synergy, global team development, and alignment of deliveries. Performing excellent stakeholder management, acting in a consultative manner to prioritize demands and ensure deliveries aligned with business objectives.
• Technical Excellence: Managing the technical lifecycle of data products within your scope, from creation to discontinuation. It is essential to have good technical knowledge and enjoy getting your hands dirty, actively supporting the team in technical construction and review when necessary.
• Being the main person responsible for strategic decisions and the balance between 'delivery speed' (quick and emergency resolutions) and 'structural integrity' (scalability and governance).
• Ensuring that the tools built are reliable, documented, and have a high adoption rate among client areas.

What we are looking for (Requirements)

• Proven experience leading Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Science teams;
• Mastery of SQL language and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Superset);
• Strong ability in managing stakeholders of different hierarchical levels;
• Experience with strategic solutions;
• Advanced English.
