Location and Work Model

Our Finance team operates in a hybrid model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the exchange of in-person interaction at our office in São Paulo.

About the Area:

Integrating the Finance structure, this is a strategic support area, with an important role in the implementation of systemic solutions for control demands. The team acts as an essential bridge between business needs, internal controls, and the deliveries of the Product team.

Activities:

Create, structure, and monitor KPIs and area indicators, ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of the data used in analyses;

Perform recurring analyses of indicators, identifying deviations, trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities;

Build reports and executive presentations, consolidating results, main deviations, causes, and action plans;

Act as PMO for area initiatives, organizing demands, deadlines, responsible parties, and next steps;

Act as the interface between the needs of business teams and the teams responsible for developing solutions, ensuring alignment of scope, priorities, and expectations;

Monitor the development and implementation of initiatives, ensuring the evolution of deliveries and signaling risks, impediments, and deadline deviations;

Organize and conduct follow-up meetings, ensuring the recording of decisions and the monitoring of action plans;

Interact with different stakeholders, translating business needs into clear requirements for the teams responsible for development.

What we are looking for (Mandatory Requirements):

Hard Skills:

Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets for data modeling and analysis.

Intermediate knowledge in SQL (focused on extraction, manipulation, and analysis).

Skill in preparing executive presentations and structured reports (storytelling with data/Google Slides/PowerPoint).

Intermediate English for technical reading and communication.

Soft Skills:

Experience in project and process management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to move between Finance and Technology.

Strong interest in the financial segment and affinity with P&T themes.

Differentials (Desirable Requirements):

Hard Skills:

Practical experience in building analytical dashboards in BI tools.

Soft Skills / Business:

Previous knowledge of the QuintoAndar business model or previous experience in technology companies and fintechs.

Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
