About the Area and the Challenge
We are looking for a person to structure and develop the company's financial risk management agenda, supporting the identification, assessment, response, monitoring, and reporting of the main financial exposures.
This person will be responsible for building an integrated view of financial risks, supporting the definition of limits and indicators, and acting closely with the Treasury, Finance, Credit, Accounting, FP&A, and other related areas.
The position will act as a second line of risk management, independently assessing and challenging the exposures, methodologies, limits, and responses conducted by the areas responsible for the operation.
We are looking for a professional with seniority, autonomy, and the ability to transform financial analyses into practical recommendations for decision-making. It is not necessary to have the same level of depth in all types of financial risks, but solid knowledge in at least one or two of these fronts is expected, along with a comprehensive view of other topics and a willingness to develop new competencies.

Support the definition and review of financial risk appetite and tolerance.
Develop key risk indicators — KRIs —, exposure limits, alert triggers, and escalation mechanisms.
Develop, validate, and implement quantitative methodologies for financial risk management, including scenario analysis, stress testing, VaR (Value-at-Risk), and sensitivity assessments.
Monitor liquidity sufficiency and the company's financial capacity in different scenarios.
Assess risks associated with banks, financial institutions, payment partners, and other counterparties.

Support business areas in defining responses to identified risks.
Contribute to the construction and updating of policies, standards, and procedures related to financial risk management.
