Location & Remote Work
Our Privacy, AI & Legal Innovation team works in a "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option to use our office in São Paulo - Vila QuintoAndar - or partner coworking spaces in other cities.

About the Area:
Legal Efficiency aims to make the Legal & Corporate Affairs structure simpler, more scalable, and more strategic, delivering more value with less effort, less time, and less cost. To this end, the great current mission of everyone on the team is to structure the data and automation front of Legal & Corporate Affairs, transforming its operation into a hyper-connected and data-driven structure.
After a recent restructuring, the team has organized itself into three mutually reinforcing pillars: Quality and Processes, Strategic Projects, and Performance.
About the Position:
The position reports directly to the Privacy, AI & Legal Innovation leadership (the structure to which it is integrated) and interacts closely with the other Legal & Corporate Affairs directorates and the Chief Legal Officer. The professional will also act in strong partnership with the Finance, Controllership, and Procurement teams of Grupo QuintoAndar.
Main Responsibilities
Map and critically review Legal & Corporate Affairs processes end-to-end, identifying redundancies and automation opportunities.
Monitor the financial data analytical layer, including tracking and monitoring the area's budgets.
Extract and cross-reference data via SQL in ERP/SAP systems to support decision-making for Legal & Corporate Affairs leadership.
Parameterize data extraction fields in the various systems used by the Legal & Corporate Affairs areas and ensure the quality of the databases used.
Monitor the governance of the payment flow, identifying and correcting control bottlenecks.
Ensure accountability of strategic projects with stakeholders, maintaining clear ownership and goals for each supported initiative.
Main Expected Results
Implementation of improvements and effective control bottlenecks in the payment flow.
Correct and documented parameterization of extraction fields in the various systems used by Legal & Corporate Affairs.
Consolidated performance dashboards in BI, actively used for decision-making by the three layers of Legal & Corporate Affairs leadership.
Centralization of the official letters/authorities portal functioning with monitoring metrics.
Measurable reduction of manual effort in the strategic projects led by the professional.
Hard Skills
Mandatory:
Degree in Accounting, Law, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis (min. 6 years since graduation).
Advanced English.
Proven practical experience in Legal Ops, Efficiency, or related processes/data areas (min. 2 years).
Application of AI/LLM in daily corporate life.
Mastery of SQL for performing structured queries, database extraction, and cross-referencing databases.
Power BI or Looker for creating and analyzing performance dashboards.
Excel at an advanced level.
Process mapping and redesign (BPM).
Multidisciplinary project management.
Desirable:
Advanced Spanish.
Post-graduate studies in topics that show synergy with Legal Efficiency.
Practical mastery in developing integrations via API.
Experience with procedural management systems (Legal ERP) and contract management (CLM).
Financial management of costs (creation and monitoring of budget).
Database modeling.
Soft Skills
High autonomy to conduct projects without micromanagement.
Accountability and sense of ownership over deliveries and results.
Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leadership and stakeholders from different areas.
Executive communication — clarity and objectivity to report to the Board and C-Level.
Cross-functional profile, comfortable moving between Legal, Finance, Controllership, and Technology.
Analytical and critical posture regarding existing processes, without limiting oneself to operational execution.
