Your tasks
We are looking for a Data Specialist with a technical mindset and business vision, capable of articulating the needs of operational leaders with data architecture, designing robust reports, and laying the foundations for AI-based tools.
- Reporting Architecture and Operational Control: Design, structure, and implement the metrics model and comprehensive reporting, ensuring end-to-end visibility (conversion funnels, commercial productivity, cohort analysis, and retention).
- Unification and Consolidation of the Data Stack: Map existing information sources, diagnose data gaps, and structure consistent analytical models that function as a single source of truth for the business.
- AI and Data Science Adoption: Explore and implement technical solutions based on Machine Learning, predictive analytics, and generative Artificial Intelligence tools / intelligent automations to optimize commercial processes and anticipate deviations.
- Dashboard Development and Self-Service (BI): Create intuitive, scalable, and maintainable control dashboards on platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, training operational leaders for autonomous information consumption.
- Proactive Opportunity Detection: Formulate business hypotheses, lead complex exploratory analyses, and translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations with high commercial impact.
- Driving Data-Driven Culture: Act as a technical and pedagogical reference, elevating data literacy and methodological rigor across different functional areas.
Requirements
What we are looking for (Requirements)
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Specialist roles, preferably in scale-up environments, tech startups, or strategic/analytical consulting.
- Advanced SQL Mastery: Solid ability to structure complex queries.
- Programming and Modeling: Fluent handling of Python.
- Focus on AI and Data Science: Technical judgment and practical interest in the application of Data Science algorithms, automation with Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced analytical techniques oriented toward problem-solving.
- Visualization and BI: Practical experience in developing executive and operational dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Superset.
- Business Vision: Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields; demonstrated ability to articulate quantitative metrics with business objectives.
- Languages: Professional - advanced English level.
Desirable (Differentiators)
- Previous experience in PropTech companies, two-sided marketplaces, e-commerce, or B2B2C/SaaS businesses.
- Previous experience collaborating closely with commercial operations or Revenue Operations teams.
