Sales Manager Chincha/Mala Zone (Agrochemicals)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Manager South Zone (Chincha/Cañete/Mala)

Requisitos:

• Agronomist Engineer. Agricultural Engineer or related.
• Minimum 05 years of experience, of which 02 years in similar positions.
• Experience in Credit and Collection Management
• Knowledge of sales techniques,
• Reside in Chincha/Cañete
• Microsoft Office at an intermediate level,
• Intermediate English.

Funciones:

Preparation of the annual sales budget for the zone Perform timely collection from customers in coordination with the credit and collections area Compliance with the Gross Margin required by the company Perform the daily collection of promissory notes and sending to credit and collections for bank deposit Distribution of the budget, customers, and products to the zone personnel. Constant search for new customers for cash and/or credit sales to meet the budget Comply with the sale of products from the company's 6 business lines, which are: Nutrición, Biológicos, Agroquímicos, Semillas, Maquinaria, and Salud Pública, in coordination with the line managers Train the personnel under their charge in product sales, management of the discount table, credit/cash sales, and registration in the order application Development and sales of new products in coordination with the technical and marketing areas Perform constant monitoring of the company's market share and report periodically or when required by the immediate supervisor and/or sales management.
