Quality Assurance and Certifications Manager (Dehydrated Fruit Processing Plant Pisco)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Quality Assurance and Certifications Manager (Pisco).

Requirements:

• Agronomist, Agroindustrial, Food Industries Engineer or related,
• Minimum 10 years of experience, of which 05 years in similar positions as Lead/Certified Auditor in food manufacturing plants
• Experience and management of Plant and Field Certifications (HACCP, BRC, FSMA, GlobalGap, Organic USDA/UE/JAS, GRASP, SMETA, Fair Trade)
• Intermediate Ms Excel,
• Advanced/intermediate English
• Living in Pisco (area)

Functions

Supervise and ensure compliance with quality and food safety processes in the field, plant, and laboratories. Coordinate sampling, analysis, and testing plans according to the production schedule. Implement and verify corrective actions in response to deviations and non-conformities. Manage critical control points, pesticide residues, heavy metals, and traceability. Supervise microbiology, cleaning, and sanitation activities under SOP/SSOP procedures. Manage the quality control system integrated into the ERP and indicator tracking. Handle customer complaints and requirements, performing root cause analysis and CAPA plans. Coordinate with Production, R&D, Purchasing, and Logistics to resolve incidents and quality requirements. Ensure timely responses to customer requests and documentation for audits.
