INDISPENSABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or Accounting (degree and professional license).
• English as a second language, intermediate level.
• Proficiency in basic computer software, especially Excel and tools related to payroll management.
• Management of NOMIPAQ and proficiency in SUA.
• High cultural level.
• 3 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in:
• Recruitment and selection.
• Organizational Development (D.O.).
• Drafting of contracts.
• Payroll administration and processing.
• General Human Resources administration.
• Desirable experience in the educational sector.
• Ability to generate, analyze, report, and present financial information.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Administer everything related to the institution's human capital and ensure the correct implementation of internal and corporate policies and procedures.
• Attract, retain, and motivate personnel in different positions.
• Promote an environment of harmony, well-being, and productivity among collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with legal provisions regarding labor matters.
• Administer, operate, and control the administrative and accounting processes derived from personnel hiring and payroll operation.
• Perform cost calculations and follow up on the fulfillment of tax and legal obligations derived from personnel hiring.
• Control staff rosters and personnel costs according to the authorized budget.
• Elaborate cost scenarios related to personnel movements and changes in the organizational structure.
