Your tasks

Job Objective: Ensure the quality of the English teaching-learning process through the supervision, accompaniment, and development of the teaching team, guaranteeing compliance with the academic program and learning objectives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in English Teaching, Languages, Linguistics, or a related field (professional license desirable). Minimum C1 English proficiency, verifiable. Certification or training in English teaching methodology (CELTA, ICELT, TKT, Cambridge, or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience as an English teacher. Experience in coordination or supervision of teaching staff. Management of educational platforms and digital tools. Continuous updating in English teaching and academic evaluation. Main Responsibilities Supervise planning, evaluation, and teaching practice. Coordinate, train, and provide accompaniment to the English teaching team. Follow up on the academic performance and learning of students. Implement improvement strategies and academic intervention. Coordinate activities, evaluations, and certification processes. Supervise compliance with calendars and academic-administrative processes. Maintain communication and follow-up with students and families. Competencies Leadership and teamwork.
