UPS Service Technician - Grupo Precisión Control

What will you do in this role? (Responsibilities):

• Installation and Commissioning: Install, configure, and commission UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems strictly following manufacturer specifications and the highest quality standards.
• Strategic Maintenance: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance routines to ensure optimal equipment operation, minimizing our customers' downtime.
• Specialized Diagnosis: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems in electrical systems, always ensuring an excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
• Management and Reporting: Prepare and maintain up-to-date service reports, maintenance logs, and repair records.
• Continuous Improvement and Safety: Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize operating procedures, always ensuring strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

What are we looking for in you?

• Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields.
• Proven experience, performing as a UPS Technician or Specialist.
• Proficiency in preventive/corrective maintenance of UPS equipment and advanced ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Analytical capacity for technical problem-solving and an excellent customer service attitude.
• Driver's license and ability to drive a manual transmission car.
